The AfroDASH course uses the science of the DASH diet to help people of African descent create a personalised eating pattern/diet that improves high blood pressure and overall health without giving up delicious locally available traditional favourites such as cassava, millet, pumpkin leaves, and plantain or breaking the bank by buy imported foods.
